As a breath specialist, Tiger educates people on the intrinsic relationship between breathing, fitness, stress, and energy levels. Our classes emphasize the importance of healthy and efficient breathing on and off the yoga mat and incorporate breath training to improve respiratory system function. Breathing is directly linked to the nervous system, and when you understand the science of breathing, you become the maestro that turns breathing into an art.
