Meet Kari + Tiger

We are passionate about pain-free yoga and believe that yoga should feel good in your body. 

As the yoga sutra 2:16 says, “Future pain can be avoided.” 

After two decades of seeing clients who sustained injuries in daily life, sports, and, unfortunately, on their yoga mat, Kari wanted to teach people how to use yoga to heal themselves before as well as after they got injured. 

In every case, yoga can help you feel better in your body and, thus, in your mind, whether you are dealing with low-back pain, tech-neck, shoulder impingement, chronic or acute inflammation, stress management, or auto-immune diseases.

While private training is the best membership for such scenarios, at Better Yoga, your goals are our own, so even in a public class, you will receive personalized feedback and reminders to stop the patterns of compression and pushing that may have led you to injury in the first place.
